Blue Cross – one of the UK’s most established animal charities were looking for a way to improve customer service across their network of shops, re-homing centres and surgeries.
First Sight Media were delighted to work with such a great cause and to put over 20 years experience in film production to very good use. After getting under the skin of the brief, we produced 3 different films based on a specific training programme aimed at 3 different audiences.
As with all of our services, we take complete ownership of the project. For this particular brief we undertook the script writing, casting and managed the detailed logistics that come with film production. We also managed the venues (the films were all shot at the charity’s own centres) ensuring ‘business as usual’ whilst we undertook our task.
On the technical front, we used a multi-camera setup, which ensured a wealth of rich, high definition footage. The footage was then edited together and featured graphics, animations and voice-overs were added to create the 3 x 6 minute videos.
The films were launched at the Blue Cross annual conference and have been well received across the country, ensuring all of the charity’s staff receives consistent training.
