A global pharmaceutical organisation enlisted our help to engage directly with potential customers and partners through providing detailed examples of their products and services. The client then wanted the ability to analyse who had accessed each session, gathering as much information on each user as possible in order to then contact them directly with relevant product communication.
First Sight Media were commissioned to produce a series of 6 live webinars. These spanned across a range of topics and allowed the client to showcase the diverse range of their products. Broadcast monthly at lunch time, each webinar was kept to just 15-30 minutes in length, allowing users time to harvest the information without encroaching on their busy working day.
For each session First Sight Media worked tirelessly to source venues near to the relevant speaker with high speed broadband connections to enable live streaming. We provided 2-camera coverage of each session, which was vision-mixed live and utilised First Sight Media’s innovative iPresenter platform to show detailed slides alongside the video coverage.
To enable detailed analytics and CPD Certification for each session, we provided a dedicated microsite which required users to register (free of charge) to access the webinars. The client was then able to follow-up with each user and make contact for future correspondence.
